In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "aah88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the aah88 online gaming platform accessible at https://aah88.vip.
• "Platform" means the aah88 website, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the aah88 Platform.

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

By accessing the aah88 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

aah88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. To register and use the aah88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing any real-money gaming content on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.

To access real-money gaming on the aah88 Platform, you must create a verified Account. The following rules govern Account creation and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. aah88 is entitled to rely on the information provided in your Account at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aah88 will treat any action performed using your login credentials as having been performed by you.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify aah88 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account. aah88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• KYC Verification: aah88 is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all Players. You consent to providing valid government-issued identification and such other documents as aah88 may reasonably require. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

All financial transactions on the aah88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: aah88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at aah88's sole discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are published in the aah88 Banking section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
• Your Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger a full KYC review and/or account suspension.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed on the same business day for accounts in good standing. Withdrawals to bank accounts are subject to standard banking transfer timeframes. VIP tier membership may affect withdrawal processing priority and daily limits.
• Withdrawal Conditions: aah88 reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wager activity) for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's banking terms. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

aah88 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional awards to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is disclosed at the time of each promotion and is visible in the Promotions section of your Account.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to eligible Players once only. Creating duplicate Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward the completion of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are disclosed in the promotion terms. Live dealer games, slots, and table games may each carry different contribution percentages.
• Abuse & Fraud: aah88 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other activity that aah88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute misuse of its promotional offers.

All games available on the aah88 Platform operate under specific game rules published within each game interface. In addition to those game-specific rules, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• Certified RNG: All random-outcome games on aah88 use Random Number Generation (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed per game.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game data error, or server interruption during an active wager, aah88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Account. aah88 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from genuine technical faults.
• Results are Final: Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed in the Platform's server logs, the outcome is final and binding. aah88 does not reverse confirmed game results except where a verified technical error has materially affected the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aah88 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false information regarding age or identity.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts or using funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in any Platform game or system.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in a live dealer or multiplayer environment.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended by Republic Act No. 10365.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening aah88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the aah88 Platform or accounts belonging to other Players through unauthorized means.

aah88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players using the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. aah88 recognizes that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we have a duty to provide protective tools and resources.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from aah88.
• Use the aah88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

aah88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our data practices are set out in full in the aah88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aah88's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aah88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Loss or corruption of game data resulting from events beyond aah88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any consequence of your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aah88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

aah88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Discovery that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• PAGCOR directive or other applicable regulatory requirement.

Upon account closure for legitimate play (not involving fraud or breach), the real-money Balance in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. aah88 will not be obliged to return Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds in any case of Account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting aah88 Customer Support at [email protected], subject to completion of any pending withdrawal processing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the aah88 Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting aah88 Customer Support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or — where PAGCOR's jurisdiction does not extend to the matter in question — to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

aah88 is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by aah88 may submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through its official channels.

aah88 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aah88 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any event or transaction shall govern that event or transaction, regardless of subsequent amendments.
